JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Actors Fund is frequently looking for administrative and clerical volunteers to assist with many different types of administrative task, such as typing, copying, stuffing envelopes, processing mailings, answering phones, filing etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
office experience
Computer skills -Microsoft Office (a plus)

The Actors Fund’s Health Clinic has a unique opportunity to offer volunteer physicians— a way to give back to a community that helps give New York its vitality and excitement and makes this city the entertainment capital of the world. Be a part of helping those who work professionally in the performing arts do what they do best. The Hirschfeld Clinic provides a vital service to the uninsured and underinsured in the performing arts community, offering quality free medical services.   As a physician volunteer, you will see dancers, musicians, actors, theater ushers, stage hands, writers, and anyone else who works in front of or behind the scenes in the industry.

The Clinic is looking for volunteer physicians who are willing to either come into the clinic to see patients or see patients, at no cost, in their private offices.

While the Clinic is interested in all specialties, currently we have particular needs in the following areas:

Dermatology
Orthopedics
Gastroenterology

QUALIFICATIONS:
NY Medical License and malpractice insurance.
